Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new limit activates. This delay gives you time to reconsider without preventing you from changing your limits long-term.

Session Time Limits & Reality Checks

Reality check notifications appear at intervals you choose — 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. Each notification shows your session duration, net position (profit or loss), and prompts you to decide whether to continue or stop. Session time limits automatically end your session when reached, requiring you to log back in before continuing. These tools are in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and activate immediately.

Cooling-Off Periods

A cooling-off period temporarily blocks access to your account. Available durations are 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or play. Your account and balance remain intact and become accessible again when the period expires. Cooling-off periods activate immediately upon request and cannot be shortened.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion permanently closes your account and blocks re-registration. It's available in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Once submitted, self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours. We flag your email address and details to prevent new account creation. Self-exclusion is a serious, long-term option — if you're not certain you want permanent closure, a cooling-off period may be more appropriate.
