1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the MyEmpire Casino website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email and site notification.

2. Eligibility

To register and play at MyEmpire Casino, you must be at least 19 years of age (18+ in Alberta and Manitoba), located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal, registering with accurate personal information, and not a current employee or immediate family member of our company. We verify age at registration and may request identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Accounts opened by ineligible players are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account closure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting government-issued ID and proof of address.

4. Deposits

The minimum deposit is $20 CAD. We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, and ecoPayz. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits are credited immediately for most methods. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day. The minimum withdrawal is $20 CAD. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Withdrawal limits by VIP tier apply. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals.

6. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions: bonuses may only be used on eligible games (slots count 100% toward wagering, live casino games 10–20%); the welcome bonus is available to new players only, one per household; the maximum bet while an active bonus is in play is $5 CAD per spin or hand; bonuses expire 30 days after being credited if wagering requirements are not met; wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are 30x the bonus amount; cashback bonuses are credited without wagering requirements. Breaching bonus terms — including using VPN, multi-accounting, or exploiting games — results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

  • Using VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions
  • Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
  • Colluding with other players or casino staff
  • Using software or bots to automate gameplay
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain
  • Money laundering or using proceeds of criminal activity

8. Responsible Gaming

We provide responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Increasing limits is subject to a 24-hour waiting period. Self-exclusion is available immediately upon request. We support players who wish to exclude from our platform and maintain records of self-exclusion to prevent re-registration. External resources are available at BeGambleAware and GamCare.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyEmpire Casino provides services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for financial losses resulting from technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or inaccuracies in game results caused by certified RNG software. Our total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 12 months.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or email. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may refer it to our licensing authority or an approved ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider. Our dispute resolution process does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
